We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our amazing server Jose. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our night enjoyable. To top it off, he surprised us with a free dessert such a thoughtful touch that made our evening even more special! The service was above and beyond, and we left feeling so appreciated and happy. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality we’ll definitely be back and will be asking for Jose again!

After a busy week, my husband and I wanted a low key dinner with our infant to celebrate our anniversary. We decided on Earls at Dalhousie as it was close to home. For a busy Friday evening, we had a great experience (even with the little one). Staff were present and friendly. Our server (Meaghan) was fantastic and helped us make the evening a little more special by treating us with a special dessert. Thank you to Meaghan and the Earls staff for helping my husband and I remember that it’s always important to celebrate milestones, even if it’s with something small.

The food was wonderful. Couldn't help but notice a few details right up front before sitting down. First, you have to go through a revolving door. That should be optional and there should be a real door. There was a hump in the floor of the revolving door area.. Didn't feel that safe. I mentioned it to the hostess and she didn't seem to care at all. Next thing that made me wonder, they ask for a phone number before sitting you down. I had already said 'for two', didn't have reservations. Why would they want a phone number? Seems odd. After all that strange behavior, seated. Service was quick. The place was clean and the dishes were nice. The music was a little loud for conversation. But overall good experience. I come here every couple of months and am never disappointed.

I had the pleasure of dining at Earls Dalhousie today and was served by James. His service was outstanding—he was professional, polite, and attentive throughout our visit. All of our orders were taken with accuracy, and his friendly demeanor truly enhanced our dining experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and greatly appreciated the excellent service provided. James is a credit to your team.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious; every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. But what truly made the night special was the service. Our server, Adib, was outstandingly friendly and attentive and genuinely made us feel welcome from start to finish. He gave great recommendations and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. You can tell he really cares about giving guests a great experience. Highly recommend this place, and if you visit, definitely ask for Adib!

Love coming here. Good was served promptly. The server Fadi was really awesome! Friendly and checked on us only once or twice c which is so nice. I’d definitely come back !
